Conservatorships and Guardianships
Conservatorships and guardianships involve the care of an adult or child. In both instances, a court appoints someone to be responsible for another individual's personal and/or financial wellbeing.
Conservatorship and guardianship cases are charged by the hour. The hourly rate ranges from $250 for uncontested matters to $350 for contested matters. Our typical engagements are full representation. However, we recognize the high cost of conservatorship and guardianship matters and may offer limited scope representation in appropriate circumstances. Contact us for more details.
